    • The packaging of this table is specially reinforced and securely prepared to protect the porcelain surface. Extra protection is provided against possible impacts during transportation.
    • Before this table is shipped to you, photos of both the table and its packaging will be sent to you for approval. Shipment will be arranged after your confirmation.
    • Since cargo companies may often damage products, we deliver your orders directly to your door via freight transport or small private delivery vehicles. This minimizes the risk of damage during transportation and ensures faster delivery.
    • Deliveries are made to the front of the building via freight transport or private delivery vehicles. If you would like delivery inside the building, shipping can be arranged with Horoz Logistics, and the delivery time may take between 7–20 days.

    • The wooden legs used in the construction of this table are made only from trees cut between October and March. Since the water content in trees is at its minimum during these months, the wood used in this table is more durable, highly resistant to woodworms, maintains a more vibrant surface color, and allows the adhesive to bond the wood more strongly.

    • Since this product is custom-made and handcrafted, exchanges and returns are not accepted. However, our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
