Some of the world’s most valuable and rare woods are carefully dried in Ravilla’s solar-powered timber drying kilns—an innovative first in Türkiye—until they reach the ideal moisture level below 8% for furniture manufacturing. Developed through R&D collaboration with a university in the United States, this advanced system preserves the natural structure of the wood while ensuring long-lasting, balanced, and highly durable products. Thanks to this process, we manufacture not only with superior quality, but also with environmentally responsible technologies.

Special wood oils imported from Europe and designed to deliver high performance on natural wood are used on product surfaces. This application preserves the authentic texture of the wood while providing resistance against dirt and water. During the assembly stage of our furniture, the world’s highest quality wood adhesives—also used in premium yacht manufacturing—are preferred to achieve the highest standards of strength and durability.
